Baking trays

The range of baking trays offered by Martellato includes the following models:

• trays made of aluminium metal with two or four edges;
• aluminium trays with two or four edges;
• perforated aluminium trays with four edges.

Upon request, the company can provide you with a Teflon coating service.

In addition to baking trays, to help you create confectionery to be placed on plastic tier displays, Martellato offers you a range of steel shaped moulds for baking sponge.
