CHOCOLATE WARMING PLATE (HEATING/MELTING SURFACE)

Electrically heated steel surface, suitable to process chocolate and other foods. Plastic chassis with stainless steel removable shelf. Maximum temperature of 55° C. 110 V version available upon request.

SMALL CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN

Made of stainless steel. Central auger resistant to high temperatures. It keeps the chocolate at a constant temperature of 36/39° C. Easy to use and clean.

A ring to cover the fountain is provided as an accessory with convenient shelves to hold small cups. It comes in two sizes and colours (red and glazed).

BIG CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS

Available in two versions: Ø38 h80 cm and Ø44 h110 cm, the latter with a capacity of 9 litres. Both made of stainless steel. They come with a central plastic auger resistant to high temperatures. They keep chocolate at a constant temperature of 36/39° C. Easy to use and clean.
